Michael Morris, partner in Morris & Morris, returned from the United Kingdom where he gave a public lecture on the research he is conducting for his doctorate in law from the University of Edinburgh. This lecture, on the secondary liability of service providers for copyright infringement by users, was one of the last steps before Mr. Morris defends his thesis in the fall.
